Artwork, Material & Site Compliance
Practical checks for print files, brand materials, substrate choice and Malaysia site rules.
Definition
Artwork, material and site compliance means checking file usage rights, print-ready artwork, substrate suitability, anti-slip needs, venue rules and safety-sensitive requirements before Malaysia display production starts.
Artwork ownership and file readiness
Buyers should have the right to use logos, campaign files, photos and brand assets submitted for quotation or production.
- Vector PDF, AI, EPS or print-ready PDF is preferred for logos, cut lines and large-format graphics.
- Outline fonts, include linked images and mark finished size, bleed and cut line clearly.
- Preview images are useful for discussion, but final production needs approved artwork.
Material suitability
Material choice depends on indoor or outdoor exposure, viewing distance, surface condition, display duration and handling risk.
- Window graphics should confirm viewing side, privacy level, sunlight and removal expectation.
- Floor graphics should use anti-slip lamination when foot traffic or safety is a concern.
- Board, banner, lightbox and acrylic choices should match size, campaign length and installation method.
Site and venue rules
Mall, office, event and retail sites may have access hours, permit rules, fire-safety limits, surface restrictions or removal requirements.
- Tell us if the project is inside a mall, office tower, exhibition hall or managed retail site.
- Share venue rules, approved installation hours and whether drilling, tape or hanging is allowed.
- For temporary campaigns, confirm removal date and whether residue-free removal is required.
