Quotation & Order Policy
How HGS Display reviews Malaysia display, signage and printing enquiries before quotation and production.
Definition
The HGS Display quotation and order policy defines how Malaysia display, signage and printing enquiries move from initial request to quotation, artwork approval, payment arrangement and production start.
Quotation basis
A practical quote depends on finished size, quantity, material, artwork status, finishing method, delivery area and required date.
- Send finished width and height, quantity and product type.
- Mention indoor, semi-outdoor, shopfront, mall, event or showroom use.
- Share artwork files, reference photos, cut lines or site photos when available.
Samples and prototypes
Sample or prototype cost depends on material, print method, finishing and whether a custom tool, cut line or assembly step is required.
- Simple print samples can be quoted separately from batch production.
- Custom acrylic, PVC or display fixtures normally require drawing and size confirmation first.
- Sample freight, delivery or installation cost is quoted according to destination and project scope.
Payment and order confirmation
An enquiry becomes an order only after scope, price, artwork approval, payment terms and production schedule are confirmed in writing.
- Bank transfer is the common payment method; other methods can be reviewed by project.
- Deposit and balance terms depend on project size, urgency and buyer account history.
- Production starts after confirmed quotation, approved artwork and agreed payment arrangement.
MOQ and batch work
Minimum order quantity varies by product. Some print jobs can start from a small quantity, while custom display fabrication may need a higher minimum.
- Sticker, poster, board and banner enquiries can often be quoted from small batches.
- Acrylic, PVC fixtures and event structures are quoted by size, assembly and packing method.
- Rollout projects should provide store count, delivery areas and batch schedule.
