Shipping and installation notes define how Malaysia delivery area, packing method, site access, installation scope, venue limits and project timeline are reviewed before a display or signage quotation is confirmed.

Delivery areas

HGS Display reviews Malaysia project delivery by area, item size, packing method and timeline.

• Kuala Lumpur and Selangor projects should provide site address and access hours.
• Johor, Penang and other Peninsular Malaysia areas are reviewed by parcel size and schedule.
• East Malaysia delivery may require separate packing, courier or freight review.

Packing and handling

Packing method depends on product size, material risk and whether items are flat printed graphics, boards, acrylic fixtures or assembled displays.

• Flat prints, boards and banners are packed to reduce bend, crease and edge damage.
• Acrylic and custom fixtures may need protective film, foam, carton or crate-style packing.
• Large or fragile items should be checked before confirming courier, lorry or self-collection options.

Installation preparation

Installation is quoted only when site work is requested and enough site details are available.

• Send wall, glass, floor, counter or frame photos before requesting installation.
• Confirm site height, access restrictions, mall permits, working hours and old material removal.
• Floor graphics, window films and mounted signs may need surface checks before production.
