02 What products can I request?
The product centre contains 47 products across display and exhibition equipment, stickers and applied graphics, large-format printing, and scenic props. Compare products and prepare an enquiry; HGS Malaysia will confirm dimensions, materials, configuration and delivery.
03 Is there a minimum order?
There is no single published minimum across materials and processes. List quantities by size and design; applicable conditions are confirmed in the quotation.
04 Can I start with a reference photo?
Yes. Include dimensions, quantities, use and delivery area. Reference photographs begin the discussion; final artwork and unresolved details need approval before production.
05 Can I request a sample or adhesion trial?
Material samples, print samples and surface trials can be discussed for the project. Scope, cost and timing require separate confirmation.
06 Are the stickers suitable outdoors?
Describe exposure to sun and rain, the surface and intended duration. Suitability depends on the specific material grade and finishing, rather than the product name alone.
07 What is needed for a quotation?
Finished dimensions, quantities by design, materials or desired effect, artwork, finishing, delivery postcode and required date. Include a packing list for multiple stores.
08 What currency and payment terms apply?
Currency, payment stages and due dates follow the quotation or order documents confirmed by HGS. This website does not process online payments directly.
09 Do you deliver to West and East Malaysia?
Provide the state and postcode first. Coverage, transport, cost and timing depend on the finished size, packing and destination.
10 Can you arrange installation?
Yes. HGS can arrange installation throughout Malaysia. Share the city, postcode, site photos and target completion date. Scope, site access, cost and scheduling are confirmed for each project.
11 How long does production take?
Production, transit and installation are confirmed separately. Print-only jobs depend on materials, quantity and finishing; displays also require assembly and packing checks. Site work is scheduled separately. After artwork and specifications are confirmed, the team confirms expected dispatch, arrival and any installation date. Tell us your deadline if you need a rush schedule.
12 Does clicking the enquiry button send the email?
No. The button opens a draft addressed to info@hgsdisplaysdn.com with your project summary. Review it and press Send in your email app. This website cannot confirm delivery. Your draft is kept only in this browser tab.
