Email enquiries
After you complete the form and select Open email draft, your email app creates a draft addressed to info@hgsdisplaysdn.com. Your details are transmitted through that email service only if you press Send there. This website does not save a production enquiry or confirm email delivery. Do not include passwords, payment-card details or unnecessary sensitive information.
Drafts and clearing them
Your draft is kept temporarily in this browser tab so you can continue after changing language. Clear draft removes it from this tab; it cannot recall an email you sent in your email app. Closing or restoring a tab does not guarantee permanent erasure.
Measurement choices
When enabled and with your permission, this website uses Google analytics and advertising measurement for page activity and clicks on HGS WhatsApp links. A click does not confirm a received enquiry, and opening an email draft is not counted as a lead conversion. Your name, email, phone, message text and full query parameters are not included as fields in these events. You can change your choice in measurement settings.
Contact and data handling
Email, phone and WhatsApp links open your chosen communication service, which handles data under its own practices. HGS uses the details you choose to email to handle your enquiry. For questions, corrections or deletion requests, contact info@hgsdisplaysdn.com.
Contact source context
This browser tab temporarily stores a fixed flag indicating whether its first entry included a paid-link indicator. A WhatsApp draft may then include (Ref: G). The flag contains no click identifier or personal details, and works independently of your Google measurement choice. With your measurement permission, the first page view may include approved campaign parameters and a click identifier; other URL parameters are removed and the referral URL is reduced to its origin.
