Production, delivery and installation
HGS can arrange installation throughout Malaysia. Share your location, site photos and target completion date so we can confirm the scope and schedule.
How schedules are confirmed
- Production time
- Production generally takes 2–3 working days for standard materials, excluding delivery and installation. Custom projects and large structures are scheduled per requirement.
- Delivery time
- We confirm transport and estimated arrival using the destination state, postcode, finished size and packing. Transit time is separate from production time.
- Installation date
- Installation can be arranged throughout Malaysia. Scope, site access, cost and completion date are confirmed for each project.
Print-only jobs are scheduled by material, quantity and finishing. Displays with stands also need assembly and packing checks. Site installation requires separate transport, access and work scheduling.
For an event or shop opening, tell us when delivery or installation must be complete. The team will confirm whether a rush schedule is feasible and agree the dates.
