List the state, postcode, delivery address, contact person and receiving hours. HGS will confirm coverage, transport options and timing for the destination.
Prepare the store list
For multiple locations, identify each graphic’s store, dimensions, quantity and box-labelling requirements to reduce sorting after delivery.
Match protection to the product
Roll materials, flat panels and assembled displays need different packing. State surface protection and flat or rolled delivery requirements; final packing and freight follow the agreed plan.
Production: confirm the product and finishing
Print-only jobs are scheduled by material, size, quantity and finishing. Displays with stands also require assembly and packing checks. After artwork and specifications are confirmed, HGS confirms production working days and expected dispatch. Include any sampling, special finishing or rush requirements.
Delivery: confirm the arrival date separately
A production completion or dispatch date is not the arrival date. Share the state, postcode and receiving hours so we can confirm estimated arrival based on finished size, packing and transport. West Malaysia, East Malaysia, bulky goods and multi-store deliveries are planned for each order.
Installation throughout Malaysia
HGS can arrange installation throughout Malaysia. Send site photos, the position and height, available access hours and your target completion date. Scope, transport, site conditions, cost and installation dates are confirmed for each project.
Tell us what must be complete by your deadline
In your enquiry, specify whether the date is for production completion, arrival or completed installation. Mention any shop opening or event date early. The team confirms a feasible schedule after checking the specifications; transit and site work have separate schedules.
