Confirm frame shape, finished graphic size, fabric finishing and single- or double-sided printing separately. Lighting and counters must be specified as optional accessories.

Artwork requirements

Provide artwork or reference files with finished dimensions, cutting outlines and intended placement. Material and finishing are confirmed with the quotation.

Production, delivery and installation

HGS can arrange installation throughout Malaysia. Share your location, site photos and target completion date so we can confirm the scope and schedule.

Production time
Production generally takes 2–3 working days for standard materials, excluding delivery and installation. Custom projects and large structures are scheduled per requirement.
Delivery time
We confirm transport and estimated arrival using the destination state, postcode, finished size and packing. Transit time is separate from production time.
Installation date
Installation can be arranged throughout Malaysia. Scope, site access, cost and completion date are confirmed for each project.

Print-only jobs are scheduled by material, quantity and finishing. Displays with stands also need assembly and packing checks. Site installation requires separate transport, access and work scheduling.

For an event or shop opening, tell us when delivery or installation must be complete. The team will confirm whether a rush schedule is feasible and agree the dates.
